I’ve always been someone who notices the details in a space — rearranging things, helping friends pull their homes together, and figuring out how to make a room feel better without overcomplicating it.

I spent a big part of my career in hospitality and customer-focused roles, along with project and vendor management. That’s really shaped how I work now — I care a lot about communication, staying organized, and making sure things feel clear and not overwhelming.

At some point, I started noticing the same thing over and over people care about their homes, but they don’t know where to start or how to pull everything together. It can feel like too many decisions, too many options, and not enough time.

That’s really what led me here.

I wanted to create something that feels more realistic and approachable. You don’t need a massive budget or a full renovation to have a home you enjoy being in. Sometimes it’s just having the right direction, the right pieces, and someone to help you bring it all together.

That’s what I aim to do with Rose & Co. — help you make your home feel more like you, without it feeling overwhelming and out of reach in the process.
